Service Description

Our I-9 Mobile Verification Service provides in-person identity verification and Form I-9 Section 2 completion at the employee’s location. This service is ideal for employers who require on-site verification, job site onboarding, or in-person compliance support. NAC acts as an Authorized Representative and completes verification strictly according to employer instructions and federal requirements. I-9 Mobile Verification – $125 Flat Rate Includes: • On-site employee verification appointment • Form I-9 Section 2 completion • Identity document review and verification • Employer instruction compliance • Secure confirmation of completion Appointment Time Includes up to 1 hour of on-site service time. Appointment Timing & Preparation Please ensure the employee is present, prepared, and has valid identity documents available at the scheduled appointment time. Delays may result in extended service fees or rescheduling. Additional Fees May Apply For: • Same-day or rush appointments • After-hours or weekend scheduling • Additional employees at the same location • Extended appointment time beyond the included service window Important Booking Requirements: • Employees must present valid, unexpired, original government-issued identity documents • NAC does not determine employment eligibility or provide legal or HR advice • Employer retains responsibility for Form I-9 compliance and recordkeeping • Service includes travel within NAC’s primary service region Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy Mobile appointments may be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time and rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
