Our I-9 Remote Verification Service allows employers to complete Form I-9 Section 2 verification through a live virtual session using secure video technology. This service is ideal for remote teams and businesses seeking fast, compliant onboarding without in-person travel. During the session, the employee meets virtually with NAC as the Authorized Representative, presents original identity documents for visual inspection, and the employer receives confirmation once verification is complete. Remote I-9 verification is available for employers authorized to utilize remote document inspection procedures. NAC follows employer instructions and federal compliance guidelines. I-9 Remote Verification Session – $85 Flat Rate Includes: • One employee verification session • Form I-9 Section 2 completion • Visual inspection of original identity documents • Employer instruction compliance • Secure confirmation of completion How It Works 1. Book your session and complete payment online. 2. Employer submits required employee information. 3. Employee joins the live verification session. 4. Documents are reviewed and verified. 5. Employer receives confirmation of completion. Session Time Includes up to 30 minutes of service time. Session Timing & Preparation Sessions include a 10-minute grace period for login and setup. Employees must be prepared with valid identity documents at the scheduled time. Delays due to missing documentation or technical issues may require rescheduling or additional fees. Additional Fees May Apply For: • Same-day or rush appointments • After-hours or weekend sessions • Additional employees • Extended session time Important Session Requirements: • Employer must be authorized to use remote I-9 verification procedures • Employee must present valid, unexpired, original identity documents • Device with camera, microphone, and stable internet connection required • NAC does not determine employment eligibility or provide legal or HR advice • Employer remains responsible for Form I-9 compliance and recordkeeping Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy Sessions may be canceled up to 2 hours prior and rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Missed sessions will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
