Service Description

A loan application package often includes disclosures, authorizations, and other preliminary documents that must be signed before a lender can continue processing the loan. While this is not a closing appointment, the package still requires careful handling, accurate execution, and timely return. This appointment provides professional signing support for borrowers completing a lender- or title-provided loan application package. Includes: Mobile service to the scheduled location Mobile service within the first 10 miles One prepared loan application package Professional identity verification Guided execution of required signatures, dates, and initials Notarization of eligible documents, when included Document review for missed signatures or incomplete signing fields Notary journal entry, when a notarization is performed Up to 45 minutes of appointment time Appointments are structured to be organized, efficient, and completed according to the instructions provided with the package. Please have all required signers present with valid identification at the scheduled appointment time. Appointments begin at the scheduled time. Please provide the complete signing address, parking instructions, onsite contact, and any lender, title company, or document-return instructions before the appointment. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required. Documents must be provided by the lender, title company, attorney, or other appropriate party before the appointment. Signers must be willing to sign, able to communicate directly with the notary, and prepared to contact their lender or loan officer with questions about rates, fees, loan terms, or document content. The Notary Atelier Co. does not prepare loan documents, explain loan terms, provide financial or legal advice, or advise a signer whether to proceed with the transaction. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond the first 10 miles, printing, scanbacks, shipping, courier service, additional document packages, extended appointment time, parking, tolls, or special access requirements. Payment is due at booking to secure your appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed due to missing documents, unavailable signers, identification issues, unresolved lender questions, incomplete instructions, or signer unwillingness may still be subject to the full service fee.
