Service Description

Our Mobile Notary Service brings professional notarization directly to your home, office, or preferred location. This service is ideal for clients who need in-person notarization with convenience, flexibility, and scheduled or same-day availability across Illinois. Mobile notary service is available for general notarizations and select document types. Specialized services such as estate planning signings, real estate transactions, and apostille facilitation are priced separately. Mobile Notary Standard Visit – Starting at $75 Includes: • One signer • One document • Up to two notarial acts • Mobile travel to client location • Identity verification • Proper notarial certificate completion • Notary journal entry • Return of notarized documents at appointment Appointment Time Includes up to 30 minutes of service time. Appointment Timing & Grace Period Appointments include a 15-minute grace period for arrival and preparation. Please ensure the signer, identification, and documents are ready at the scheduled appointment time. Appointments exceeding the included service window may require additional time. Additional Fees May Apply For: • Additional signers • Additional notarizations beyond the included amount • Additional documents • Extended appointment time • Witness coordination (if required) • Printing services (if requested) Important Booking Requirements: • Signers must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID • Documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment (no blanks) • The notary cannot provide legal advice or assist with document preparation • All signers must be alert, aware, and willing to sign at the time of service • Witness requirements must be confirmed prior to the appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy Appointments may be canceled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time and rescheduled, subject to availability. Rescheduling is permitted one time only. Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your appointment.
