This appointment provides a structured, mobile signing experience for individuals executing a Power of Attorney document, with a focus on proper execution, identity verification, and signer awareness. This service is designed for clients completing attorney-prepared Power of Attorney documents, including Financial, Medical, Healthcare, Durable, and Limited Power of Attorney forms. Because of the legal significance of these documents, this appointment follows a controlled and professional signing process to help ensure your documents are executed correctly and with full understanding. What This Appointment Includes: Mobile service to your location One signer (individual granting authority) One Power of Attorney document package Professional identity verification Guided signing flow to support proper execution Up to 30 minutes of dedicated appointment time Appointment Experience: Your appointment is structured to be efficient, focused, and handled with care. The notary will verify identity, confirm willingness and awareness, and guide the signing process to help ensure your document is completed properly. A 15-minute grace period is included for arrival and preparation. To make the most of your appointment time, please have all documents completed and identification ready at the scheduled start time. Appointments requiring additional time may be extended based on availability. Additional Services (If Needed): This appointment is designed for a single signer and document. If your needs extend beyond this scope, additional services are available, including Additional signers or documents Witness coordination Extended appointment time Travel outside the standard service area Important Requirements: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required Documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment (no blanks) The notary cannot provide legal advice or assist with document preparation The signer must be able to communicate directly and demonstrate awareness of the document being signed If these conditions are not met, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Booking & Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.
