Service Description

Important documents sometimes require a neutral witness. This standalone service provides professional witness coordination for eligible document signings when notarization by The Notary Atelier Co. is not being requested. This service may be used for Power of Attorney forms, trust and will-related documents, healthcare forms, affidavits, real estate documents, and other personal or professional documents where witness support may be needed. This service is not available for court appearances, court testimony, depositions, subpoenas, litigation matters, or court-related purposes. Clients are responsible for confirming whether witnesses are required and how many witnesses are needed before booking. What This Appointment Includes: Coordination of one neutral witness Witness attendance at the scheduled signing location Up to 30 minutes of dedicated appointment time Professional appointment coordination Confirmation of witness availability prior to the appointment Support for eligible document signing appointments Appointments begin at the scheduled time. Please have all documents completed, identification ready, and all required parties present at the start of the appointment. Do not sign any document before the appointment unless instructed by the document preparer, attorney, or receiving agency. If the appointment cannot begin on time, it may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or extended based on availability. Additional time may be subject to an extended appointment fee. Important Requirements: The client must confirm witness requirements before booking Documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment The witness cannot provide legal advice or document preparation Witness coordination is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance This service is not available for court-related matters Booking & Payment: This standalone service is for one witness. Payment is due at booking to secure your appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed due to missing documents, unavailable parties, incomplete forms, identification issues, or unconfirmed witness requirements may still be subject to the full service fee.
