Our Remote Online Notary Service allows eligible documents to be notarized securely through a live video session using approved technology. This service is ideal for clients who need fast, convenient notarization without traveling to a physical location. With Remote Online Notarization, you meet virtually with a commissioned notary, verify your identity online, sign your document electronically, and receive your notarized file digitally once the session is complete. Remote notarization is available for general notarizations and select document types. Apostille-related documents and certain estate planning signings are not eligible for remote notarization. RON Standard Session – Starting at $50 Includes: • One signer • One document • One notarization • Identity verification through approved RON platform • Secure live video signing session • Digital notary journal entry • Electronic delivery of notarized document How It Works 1. Book Your Session – Schedule and complete payment online. 2. Submit Your Document – Upload or email your document before your session. 3. Verify Your Identity – Complete ID verification through the secure platform. 4. Join the Video Session – Meet with the notary and complete the signing live. 5. Receive Your Notarized Document – Download your completed notarized file after the session. Session Time Includes up to 30 minutes of service time. Session Timing & Grace Period Sessions include a 10-minute grace period for login and identity verification. Please ensure your device, internet connection, ID, and documents are ready at the scheduled session time. Sessions exceeding the included service window may require additional time.
